How to Monitor Key Metrics Using the Statistics Dashboard

📁 Getting Started
1. Open the "Statistics" Section
In the left sidebar, select
"Statistics".
The Statistics Dashboard will open, providing a quick overview of your project's performance and metrics.
2. Performance Overview
At the top of the page, you can see key metrics:
- Total Employees – the number of employees in the system and how many were added this month.
- Active Employees – how many employees are currently active (with percentage of the total).
- Hours This Month – total working hours scheduled for the current month, compared to the previous month.
- Currently Working – how many employees are currently scheduled to work.
3. Employee Analytics
This block shows:
- Complete Profiles – how many employee profiles are fully filled.
- Status Distribution – number of Active, On Vacation, and Inactive employees.
- New and Updated Profiles for the current week.
4. Working Hours Analytics
Here you can track:
- Total Shifts – number of shifts scheduled.
- Average Hours per Shift.
- Work Days – total scheduled workdays in the selected month.
5. AI & System Usage
Monitor how your AI features and documents are used:
- AI Conversations – number of interactions with the AI assistant.
- Generated Documents – how many documents have been created.
- Active Forms – currently active forms in the system.
- Daily AI Requests, Storage Used, and Total Files.
6. Communication Stats
Analyze your email communication:
- Total Emails sent for the selected month.
- Sent vs. Failed messages.
- Last 7 Days activity graph for quick trend analysis.
7. Project Information
At the bottom of the page, view project details:
- Owner – person responsible for the project.
- Created – project creation date.
- Project ID – unique project identifier.
- Status – current project status (e.g., Active).
What You Need:
- Access to the Webnow Panel with the Statistics module enabled
- Employee and schedule data already loaded in the system
