How to Manage Employees, Edit Profiles, and Export Employee Data

1. Open the "Employee Management" Section

In the left sidebar, select "Employee". The Employee Management page will open, showing the list of employees and available data forms.

2. Select the Data Form

Use the "Select Form" dropdown to choose which employee form to work with (e.g., Active Employee). You can switch between List View and Card View for easier navigation.

3. View and Edit Employee Profiles

Click on an employee’s name to open their profile. You will see:
  • Form Status – indicates if the form is complete.
  • Work Status – e.g., Active, Working, or Vacation.
  • Last Updated date and time.
  • Employee Photo and other attached documents.
To edit information, click "Edit" and update:
  • Work Status (Active, Working, Vacation, Draft).
  • Employee Photo – upload or replace an image.
  • Date of Birth and other personal data.
  • Diplomas and Other Documents – upload files (max 10MB each).
Click "Save Changes" to update the profile or "Save as Complete" to mark it fully completed.

4. Share Employee Profile

Click the "Share" button on an employee card. A window will appear with a public profile link that:
  • Provides read-only access.
  • Does not require login.
  • Includes a secure token for privacy.
Click "Copy Link" to share or "Preview" to check the shared profile.

5. Export Employee Data

Click the "Export" button for an employee. Choose the desired format:
  • Export as CSV
  • Export as Excel
  • Export as PDF

6. Delete an Employee (if necessary)

Click the "Delete" (red) button to remove an employee from the system.

What You Need:

  • Access to the Webnow Employee module
  • Correct user permissions to view, edit, and export employee data
  • Photos and documents in supported formats (max 10MB per file)
