How to Manage Your Subscription Plan and Payment in Webnow Panel

1. Open the "Payment" Section

In the left sidebar, select "Payment". The Payment & Plans page will open, showing your current subscription details and available plans.

2. View Your Current Plan

At the top, you can see:
  • Plan Type – e.g., Business, Basic, or Company.
  • Last Payment Date and Next Payment Date.
  • Status – indicates if your subscription is active or canceling.

3. Choose a Plan

Three plans are available:
  • Basic – free, up to 10 employees and basic functions.
  • Business – up to 30 employees, advanced features, increased request limit, and priority support.
  • Company – up to 150 employees, maximum features, and private functions.
To upgrade, click "Upgrade" under the desired plan.

4. Update or Cancel Subscription

In the Subscription Management section:
  • Click "Cancel Subscription" to stop auto-renewal (your plan will switch to Basic at the end of the billing period).
  • Click "Update Payment Method" to change your card or billing details.

5. Complete Payment

When upgrading, you will be redirected to a secure payment form:
  • Enter your email.
  • Fill in card details (card number, expiry date, CVV).
  • Specify cardholder name and country.
  • Optionally, enable fast checkout saving your details.
Click "Pay and Subscribe" to finalize your subscription.

What You Need:

  • Access to Webnow Panel with payment management rights
  • Valid payment card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Internet connection for secure transaction processing
