1. General Information
What is Webnow Panel?
Webnow Panel is an all-in-one platform for managing employees, schedules, documents, AI tools, and communications within your company.
Who can use Webnow Panel?
The platform is designed for businesses of all sizes, from small startups to large enterprises, thanks to flexible plans and modular functions.
What do I need to get started?
You need:
- A Webnow account (registration via email).
- Internet access and a browser.
- (Optional) Access rights to relevant modules (Employee Management, Documents, Mail, etc.).
2. Employee Management
How to view and edit employee profiles?
- Open the "Employee" section.
- Select an employee from the list or card view.
- Click "View" to see details or "Edit" to update data (status, photo, documents, etc.).
- Click "Save Changes" or "Save as Complete".
Can I share employee profiles?
Yes. Use the
"Share" button on an employee card.
A secure public link (read-only) will be generated, perfect for HR or external partners.
How to export employee data?
Click
"Export" on an employee card and select CSV, Excel, or PDF.
3. Schedules & Working Hours
How to create a schedule manually?
- Open "Working Hours".
- Drag employees to specific days in the calendar.
- Click on a day to edit shift details (start/end time).
- Click "Save Schedule".
Can I generate schedules automatically?
Yes. Click
"AI Schedule Generator", set work pattern (e.g., 5 days on, 2 off), work hours, and employees.
Click
"Generate & Apply Schedule".
How to export a schedule?
Use the
"Export PDF",
"Export CSV", or
"Export Excel" buttons under Export Options.
4. Documents
How to upload a document?
- Open the "Documents" section and click "Upload Document".
- Fill in document name, choose a file (PDF, DOC, XLS, JPG, etc.), select category, and optionally assign to an employee.
- Click "Upload Document".
Can I categorize and filter documents?
Yes. Use categories (HR, Finance, Legal, etc.) and employee filters at the top of the Documents page.
What are the file limits?
Maximum file size – 25MB, up to 250 documents depending on your plan.
5. Mail & Notifications
How to send an email?
- Open "Mail".
- Enter email subject, recipients, and message.
- Click "Send Email".
Can I save templates?
Yes:
- Create a message and click "Save as Template".
- Load templates later using the "Load" button.
Are there any limitations?
Yes. The system is designed for notifications and broadcasts, not for receiving replies or bulk marketing spam.
6. Statistics Dashboard
What data can I see?
- Performance Overview – employees, active staff, worked hours, currently working.
- Employee Analytics – complete profiles, active/vacation statuses, weekly changes.
- Working Hours Analytics – total shifts, average hours, workdays.
- AI & System Usage – AI conversations, documents generated, storage used.
- Communication Stats – sent and failed emails, activity graph.
7. Subscription & Payment
What plans are available?
- Basic – free, up to 10 employees.
- Business – paid, up to 30 employees, advanced features.
- Company – enterprise plan, up to 150 employees and private features.
How to upgrade?
Click
"Upgrade" in Payment section, choose plan, fill payment form, and confirm.
How to cancel or change payment method?
In
"Subscription Management":
- Cancel Subscription – your plan will downgrade to Basic after the current period.
- Update Payment Method – change card details.
8. Security
How is data protected?
- Secure login with encrypted sessions.
- Role-based access control for employees.
- Document links have secure tokens and are read-only by default.
Can I restore deleted employees or documents?
Currently, deleted data is permanent. Please ensure backups are created if necessary.
9. Support
How to contact support?
- Open "Tech Support" and click "New Ticket".
- Fill subject, priority, category, email, and message.
- Click "Create Ticket". Track responses inside Webnow or via email.
