How to Contact Technical Support

1. Open the "Tech Support" section

In the left sidebar, select "Tech Support". The Technical Support page will open, where you can see your support tickets (if any).

2. Create a New Ticket

Click the "New Ticket" button located on the right side of the screen.

3. Fill Out the Ticket Form

On the ticket creation page, fill in the following fields: Subject Briefly describe your issue. (Example: "Error when uploading a report" or "Unable to log in") Priority Select the urgency level of your request: Low — for non-urgent issues. Medium — for standard requests. High — for critical problems requiring immediate attention. Category Choose the relevant category, such as Technical Issue. Notification Email Enter your valid email address to receive notifications about your ticket. Message Provide a detailed description of your issue, including: what exactly happened, when and how it occurred, any error messages or screenshots, steps to reproduce the problem, if applicable.

4. Submit Your Ticket

Review the information you entered. Click the "Create Ticket" button. After submission, your ticket will appear in the Your Support Tickets list.

5. Wait for a Response

You will receive notifications via the provided email address. Support team responses will also be visible within your ticket.
